Staff Selection Process
Our student staff selection is a two part process comprised of the following steps:
- Applications open in March for the upcoming academic year. We review each application thoroughly to determine eligibility, employment preference, work history and previous experience, and compatibility with our student employment program goals.
- Interview with an SUE Staff Member. Based on applications, we will select individuals to attend an interview with a SUE professional and/or student staff member. This allows us to become better acquainted with the applicants and make final employment decisions.
